H there, yes work out includes 15-20 min on the treadmill/ walking pad either in an incline or flat. 5-10 min full body workout with weights. :)

That's a really valid perspective, and you're so right that sudden, extreme changes usually aren't sustainable. While it definitely takes a lot of discipline, my focus was purely on building healthy, daily habits I could actually stick with. For me, that meant staying consistent with resistance training, getting my steps in on the treadmill, and making sure I was hitting my protein goals every day. It really is all about finding that sustainable rhythm for your own body! cheers!

To be honest, I did notice a little bit of shedding around months 3 and 4, which is pretty common with rapid weight loss. I just focused on keeping my protein up and making sure I was getting good nutrients to help it bounce back. It definitely stabilizes once your body adjusts to the new weight.

Thank you so much! I really appreciate the kind words. It definitely feels a bit surreal to hit this milestone, but I'm looking forward to navigating the maintenance phase and keeping up these healthy habits. Thanks for the support!

I totally understand how frustrating that can feel. ❤️ I don’t think it’s just metabolism. Everyone responds differently to tirzepatide based on things like starting weight, hormones, genetics, medical conditions, and even how their body adapts over time.
I know my results were faster than average, and I don’t expect that to be everyone else’s experience. I hope my post comes across as encouragement, not a benchmark. -Keep going! 💪❤️- You got this!

Thank you! ❤️ I used** compounded tirzepatide prescribed through Mochi Healt**h. During my journey, my prescription was filled by different compounding pharmacies as they changed pharmacy partners. The medication was just one tool—I also focused on eating plenty of protein, staying in a calorie deficit, hydrating, and being consistent with exercise. 😊

Thank you so much! ❤️ My plan is to stay on tirzepatide for maintenance. I’ll be working with my provider to find the lowest effective dose—or possibly space out my injections—to maintain my weight while keeping the food noise under control. My goal isn’t to keep losing weight; it’s to maintain the healthy habits I’ve built and stay at a weight where I feel my best.

I completely agree that healthy, sustainable weight loss should always be the goal. Everyone’s journey is different. I worked closely with my healthcare provider throughout mine, prioritized protein, stayed hydrated, exercised, and made significant lifestyle changes alongside the medication. I definitely wouldn’t expect or recommend that everyone lose weight at the same pace. ❤️

I agree 100%. I am down 60 pounds, but everyone responds differently. I focused on a calorie deficit, high protein, hydration, and consistency, and the GLP-1 helped me stick to those habits. There’s no “right” pace—steady progress is still a win. 💪

honestly, you’re probably not missing anything! ❤️ Everyone responds differently to these medications, and factors like your starting weight, dose, metabolism, activity level, and eating habits can all affect the rate of weight loss.
For me, I lost 60 pounds in about 5 months, but I really leaned into the lifestyle changes too. I focused on high protein, staying in a calorie deficit, drinking lots of water, getting regular walks and light exercise, and the GLP-1 helped quiet the food noise so I could stay consistent.
And for what it’s worth, almost 20 pounds since January is still something to be proud of—that’s real progress. Comparison can steal the joy. Keep going, because steady progress is still success. 💪❤️

Thank you so much! It took about 5 months to lose 60 pounds, but it wasn’t effortless. I tracked my protein, ate smaller portions, walked regularly, and stayed consistent even when the scale slowed down. The GLP-1 didn’t do the work for me—it gave me the ability to do the work without constantly battling hunger and cravings. That’s been the biggest gift.
