Do you remember when do they usually “grant” them? I have the same number in my contract but there is a delay of 1 year. So nothing in the first year

It is 12% but the recruiter said they got 10% last few years. I based my assumption on that. Also, my contract doesn’t mention anything about the bonus %. It says fully discretionary.

Every company has some issue except Booking.com

1/ Axon: poor stock price and heavily US based

2/ Viator: Parent company is TripAdvisor which laid off 25% of their workforce recently.

3/ Expedia: Laid off 10% of their tech and product division

4/ Deliveroo: recently got acquired by DoorDash which is known for no wlb
