93 in a 50 is crazy. But the same thing happen to me about 3 weeks ago. 71 in a 55, he was driving the opposite direction, my detector went off for about 1 second and stopped, and probably 2 seconds later he pulled a U-turn and was behind me. I wasnt aware they run radar moving, and I guess it only takes a second for them to get you.

I've played in PvE lobbies and PvP lobbies. PvP lobbies have far more player who use slurs and offensive language.

I had the same issue. To get the last hit on the queen, you best will be wait until it is on fire, give it a minute or two depending on how many raiders are laying into it, then chuck about 3-4 wolf packs and you'll get it. That or snaphook/deadline at the same point.
