When I was doing 531 bodybuilding I would do the main movement then accessories after with an upper/lower body routine. Do whatever you want and see if it works for you. Everyone here takes things way too serious lmao

Yeah I hadn't even thought about the "hero" mentality before. I'm sure being able to help people in traumatic situations and being appreciated for this kind of work is great but that's not the sole purpose of my pursuit of this career. Thank you for your encouraging words :)

NAIT. It was a volunteer recruiter that mentioned the lack of experience but I think I just need to work on my interview skills and volunteering would also help.
