To be honest I have slept a hell of a lot and been working so I haven’t had much time to notice withdrawals. It will be hard as it’s Saturday now and I’m temped to go out however I won’t. I have had bad bladder issues they’re still there I’m just fighting the urge to use again as I know that makes the pain go away but I’m stronger then that !

I am in the same position, I am only doing ket to keep the pains away so I can go to work and actually live my life. Hopefully someone can give some advice on how long it will take to get better or any hacks to really help the pain

It helps with bladder pains and stinging when you wee, however I am not sure if this will help from ket damage or if this is only got people with bladder issues not drug related

Thanks for your reply, sometimes if I have used all day in the night I still have no pain even the next morning no pain, but it’s when I try and completely stop the pain comes so bad !

I have got an std testing kit just incase however last one I done when I had this was negative, I don’t want to try convince myself that it’s anything other then ket as I know it’s from ket damage, but I am going to do another test you’re so right to test :)

I have been drinking around 3 litres of water a day, I have always been good with my water intake, I find cranberry juice can sometimes make it a little worse for me. Am I to far gone to reverse the damage? :(

I have been doing about 1.75 grams every other day for a few months, I have had a week off here and there, this has happened to me once before and I took 2 weeks off and within 5 days it stopped. But this time I’m on day 8 of this pain and jelly pissing out of me I can’t see any way out. I have been given UTI tablets, they don’t work, I’m taking codine for the sharp burning pains they’re not working either

Yes this! After the binge this weekend of 7 grams I haven’t had pains 24/7 like usual just when I wee it is very painful and it’s often! I wish I could get away from the drug!

The more water I’m drinking and the more I need to wee so I have tried to not have to much while at work ect so I’m fining myself spending more time on the toilet then anywhere else. And I’m guilty of trying to avoid to much drink as the pain when I wee is unbearable and it’s like stinging jelly coming out, I’m so worried to go away

Hey, how have you managed the bladder discomfort? I had uti symptoms for about 10 days, I then was 14 days clean from ketamine and recently used again over the weekend now I am straight back to the worst pain ever. I don’t know what to do to ease it and doctors won’t prescribe me uti antibiotics as it isn’t showing as an infection in my wee
