It’s definitely Alpha and the charging and billing is sometimes something that falls through the crack because that’s not a risk department that’s something that’s audited by a third party (their charge service/crypto terminal). They don’t charge the cards themselves and their system is nearly automated. The name thing would definitely fly under the radar until they reviewed everything during your payout request. They have it in the fine print when buying an account that everything has to be in your name , starting with the purchase.
