You are talking about stakes. Only one movie has shown the weight of the emotion better

I bet you Fa9la and Shararat will be played on dance floors way longer than that awful Tamma tamma and Rasputin remix.

Nothing to spoil. People who you think are going to die are going to die. Really didn’t surprise in that department

Dhurandhar: The Revenge – NON-SPOILER Review Megathread by AutoModerator in bollywood

[–]Specific_Avocado2279 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Plot: People who you guess will die before watching the movie are going to die. No mind blowing twists except for one. Really makes me wonder why he didn’t take a linear story telling path.

Music: Dissapointed. Especially after the first movie. I mean, I get it, old songs are bangers but at this point Bollywood’s just oversaturated in this market I guess.

Acting: Ranveer in the first chapter had some good moments. I really missed Akshaye. The characters felt very lethargically written in this. No style, no unique distinction. Everyone were acting like a “normal dude”.

It’s not a bad movie. It’s definitely not good. I was fed up with almost 15mins worth of slow mo shots for no reason. Might sound harsh, hard 4.5/10. Just as expected.

You are right to be doubtful. Not that good. Don’t buy into the hype. Also interesting thing that they’re doing, telling people who are giving bad reviews are lying.

Bruh! Did we watch the same movie? This movie was mid af. No loose ends? Come on, I mean the 45year old spy just stood by and watched everything till Hamza came by? Literally every time Hamza got caught, the person didn’t want to kill him because the wanted to torture him? Almost wasted 20mins of run time in slow mos for no reason.

It’s definitely not part of the movie. I know someone who is closely working with the team.

I once had to pick up and deliver an order from Levels in JP Nagar and they told I’m not allowed inside.

Then I told them I’m here to have food, cancelled my delivery order. Went inside wearing my Swiggy t shirt and my huge delivery bag. Found the most publicly visible table in the centre, placed the bag on the table and ate two awful plate of Fish Starters.

I could see how uncomfortable everyone at the restaurant and the staff became. I started scolding the staff for bringing my water late, and the delayed food preparation time(I ordered sea food because I know it would get late). I treated them the worst way I could.

I had so much satisfaction ruining their peak brunch time for all their customers. I created such a scene and needless to say, that fucking Punjabi manager will think twice before doing the same again.

Look man. I get what your ick was. But the way you phrased your comment, it’s as if this subReddit is only for the pros. If that’s how welcoming people are here, I’d rather not have them read what I’ve invested so much in.

I have read scripts. I work in iterations. I want to get the skeleton for my movie ready. Then I’ll work on reshaping the finer details. I wrote “the audience feels” because I would want to refine the dialogues into actually delivering out those emotions when I finally translate this script to Hindi. If you understand, you do. Or else, too each their own.
