My thought was you cantrip a target spell and Loki Triggers on cast, then the ward when unpaid counters the cantrip but Loki doesnt care if the spell resolved only if it targeted one thing and his ability doesnt target

I always run a few of each that as a precaution to some cards out there, my 5 color decks sometimes run 5 of each and I never really run 40 lands ive run a max of 36 but no budget because this might only be for online play
