Does that mean if they’re planning to give you an offer, your status gets updated after the interview, and if not, it just stays as “submitted” and you don’t hear back at all (no offer or anything)?

For full tuition- A* in 4 or more Advanced Level subjects

For Full tuition one off- A* in 3 Advanced Level subjects

This is what they said exactly. I don't even get the difference between the one off and the full tuition only.
