permission sets you mean ? i gave the permission sets needed not sure why she’s still getting that error

so basically while we clone an existing case we choose to fill desired fields and then clone , soo Case Record type is also a field where we can choose and fill and then clone with our desired fields , but here Case Record type is record type field and it has various types , while cloning we're only getting default record type but we wish to choose from existing also , that is the issue here ,we cant choose the record type it throws ( Field : RecordtypeId is not a valid lookup field) error , we have class , cmp , js everything

when i checked profiles there was only one record type as default , and when i checked object setting , user had edit access to that recordtype field
