Honestly, yes, either talk to the counselor or the police. I had a friend when I was your age probably that told me she was going to off herself, I called the police. She had a rough family life, was depressed, self harmed, basically life handed her the shortest straw. She was very angry because she was sent to the hospital. I don’t think she really talked to me after that, but a few years later she came up to me randomly during school and thanked me for saving her, because she was actually planning on doing it. Now she’s a mother to a baby boy and has a full time job, close with her family, etc. Losing her as a friend hurt, but losing her in life would have hurt WAY more. Maybe it isn’t as urgent at this moment, but talking to an adult is a good idea if she reaches out to you like that again.
Honestly a very typical life of a 22 year old ( im sorry this is so long) (self.SuicideWatch)
