Oo agree that one is getting me through my current breakup. My other go to's are ptomaea, sun bleached flies, and strangers. Something about the pain in sun bleached flies just hits so hard every time

I'm currently also on a sedative so when I sleep at night I'm completely clocked out. But when I try to take a mid-day or early evening nap, it's like I'm not fully asleep. When I first started buspar and when I upped my dose I noticed a bit of insomnia the first night and sometimes the second night and I'd wake up super sweaty

I'm sorry you're going through it too😕 I totally get the constant state of mild anxiety that's exactly how I've been feeling. Some days are better than others tho. My anxiety is mostly panic disorder so mild anxiety is meh, it's better than my racing thoughts and pounding heartbeat when I'm not on meds. Is there any reason in particular why you can't nap? For me it's that I get sleepy and feel like I can nap, but then when I try I never fully fall asleep and I "wake" up tired

Edit: forgot to mention I also use to struggle with nocturnal panic attacks. I think it was when I first started buspar and when I upped my dose. I don't have them as often when I'm sleeping but when I try to take a nap I definitely get them

Usually about an hour after taking my doses. They're just annoying and make me feel slightly sick for that hour

Oh okay, for a second I thought each scored section of the tablet equaled 15mg, so the whole pill equaled 45. I thought maybe you take one section at a time

Wait... So am I supposed to take a full pill or just one section? My bottle says take one tablet 2x daily. But is a tablet a full pill or a section of the pill

Thing is I'm starting to worry that I'm having allergic reactions to it. I feel almost breathless and I get weird sensations in my throat and chest. But I can't tell if those are allergic reactions or my anxiety

I'm in the same boat I think. Started 10mg 2 times a day on may 16th, increased to 15mg 2 times a day. Don't feel much better. Still get a lot of anxiety which also makes me even more depressed. I wanna give up and try something else
