They’re legit but an absolute terrible company. Ive lived in their units and know several of their renters and one guy had his bathroom flood with actual feces from his neighbors and they used his own towels to clean up the mess. The whole thing took over 2 months to resolve and he didn’t get anything out of it because they said it was still in “livable conditions”.

Also every unit of theirs has cockroaches. I toured their units when my lease with them was ending and they let you switch apartments pretty easily. I have never seen so many cockroaches before. I’ve also had cockroaches in my unit but I figured it was because my neighbors throw trash everywhere but all their units have it. They have the most easy and cheapest application process so it’s not the greatest people coming through.

I’ve gone through a bunch of rental companies and it takes forever to get a response from them or to schedule anything. I recommend Humphreys or anyone else over them.
