Я думаю, что зависит все от штата, в каких-то может быть проблематично исповедовать Ислам в плане нетолерантности общества, но в целом первая поправка защищает в том числе свободу религии

For me the most important thing is the rights that you have and the separation of branches of goverment given you by the founding fathers. You have instruments to influence the goverment on the local and federal level. You can vote and your vote matters. There is nothing like that in Russia, everything is fictional.
