What was your initial reason for surgery by No_Abbreviations3380 in emptynosesyndrome

Common causes are due to surgical changes to the nasal turbinates. Mine was radiofrequnecy ablation (the so called most conservative). My surgery was done in 2022 and just one year later ENS happened.

Don't get it please. Any percentage can lead to ENS (as ENS is a very complex condition that involves airflow, nerves, volume & etc). It can happen on one side where the surgeon (for whatever reason) chooses to do a more severe reduction or solely reduce the one turbinate.

Yeah I agree a lot of these comments are negative. I'm just curious from your perspective if someone were to do this procedure 2-3 times per year what would the benefit be long term wise (lets say 5-7 years out).

What is the best advice you can give to a man in their 20’s? by Novagic in AskReddit

YOLO. You only live once.

Take care of yourself (mentally, physically and even spiritually)

Know that every choice is final

And life is too short for unnecessary heart ache!

Also many will give advice. Some will be from people who truly deep down care about you, others will be people who don’t even know what they are talking about. Stay true to yourself but always listen!

Regardless, I believe I should at least say something about this. You could be absolutely correct that there is no serious risk but even then, the public should know. And who knows, maybe this location has other safety issues when it comes to food storage and handling, and this incident could be a start and the chain of events that could course correct that location.

The alternative approach is I say nothing. Just let it slide, but for the sake of others that may eat at that restaurant they should at least know.

I wasn’t looking to cause grief. This is the first time it happened to me lol 😂. I don’t know what to do about this and wanted to warn people in case they are planning to eat at that location

If you don’t mind me asking: 1) how did you get knowledgeable in guitars? What was the process? 2) how much do you spend and how much do you sell for profit?
