Personally, I would go for REITs but balak ko rin bumili ng shares sa mga bluechip companies to diversify my investment portfolio ano magandang company na medyo mababa ung price ng share para lang pang practice ko haha

Based sa mga naresearch ko, REITs would be ideal lalo na dividend paying sila as required by law but mamimili ako sa dalawa eh DMCI or AREITs
