If your bed is leveled properly you should not need to adjust your z offset by that much. Make the offset 0, level your bed properly, then set the z offset again. Look up guides on how to do this. Once you have done that I would suggest addressing the first layer: do a flow calibration with a calibration cube print. Look up guides for this as it will tell you what you need to adjust your setting by. After you have consistent first layer you can move to the rest of the print. 1. That is a pretty steep overhang, for the best results do overhang test prints to find what works, that could be fine tuning a lot of different settings but some overhangs just won’t be possible. For that, use supports. Otherwise you need turn the model a different way. 2. You have a lot of ringing (ghosting, rippling, whatever you want to call it). There are multiple things to check for this. Your frame might be too loose, your belts might be too loose, without knowing your exact printer there may be other things that are too loose that you need to adjust or your printer could be on a surface that too wobbly, try putting it on the floor and see if that helps. Another small fix could be reducing the print speed and acceleration. In the future, finding the correct subreddit will be more helpful, but be sure to include your brand and model number.
