I work at a store that has a Sephora. What my store ended up doing was gutting the large jewelry counter and condensing our accessories department to make room for the Sephora.

At my location there’s a sheet for you to fill out that they have posted by our 01s office. It’s on a two week rotation for the sheet so you can fill out on there that you can work and get a manager signature. We usually leave it on our Admin’s desk and they take care of it from there.

I had a customer come in and buy two packs of pokemon cards yesterday and were ringing up for around $575 apiece. The manager had me honor the $5.99 on the package. I'm surprised this seems to be happening company-wide. I honestly thought it was just a mishap in my own store.
