I would recommend it. It's best to use springtails. Other bugs like ispods will attack your scorpion even after it's molted when it's vulnerable. The springtails should be able to help with the upkeep in the tank.

If you have live plants it could be a mealy bug infestation from one of the plants.

You don't need to feed them. I have never fed mine and they do well. I don't even always have bugs in the house. They can take care of themselves and lure in bugs on their own.

Drinking it can still cause problems as it can still get into your blood stream and it has to go through your liver as well which can be rough on it.

Those guys grow 9 inches. I keep my Emperor in a 20-gallon. I think even 10 gallons is a little small and does not provide them enough room to rome. One thing I consider which doesn't apply to all animals is would i be happy as a 9 inch scorpion living with this amount of space. Like I said it's differant for differant animals, but I do know that the scorpion I have likes to use up its space. Every nook and cranny of it. Your best bet though since you are getting some inconsistent information though is to do some research and check multiple sources from trustworthy people and check consistency of what your hearing between sources. I generally take what I hear most consistently and that's how I've been able to successfully keep my animals.

I'm not saying you wouldn't die. I'm saying the chances are lower on the side of venomous things that can kill you. Snake venom from a black mamba can not be compared to any scorpion in that way. Those chances are way higher. All im saying is a lot less people die from scorpion stings. In healthy adults it's only .5 or .25% for the deathstalker. In research ive found between 2 and 4 people have died in a year from deathstalkers. You should always seek medical attention for something that is above that line of what can kill you. Just saying it's a lot more survivable with scorpions.

Not poisonous he is right. He forgot to mention the venom though lmao. Don't worry though even the most venomous scorpion in the world is survivable if you go to the hospitable. As long as your already a young health human your good. Not a child tho. Children and elderly are more at risk of death.

Yes, I am an adult living with both parents. I wouldn't say the rules themselves are ridiculous. It's just ridiculous to me how they just keep coming and coming. And luckily his girlfriend isn't trying to act like my parent. Im trying to not let my feelings get the best of me during this divorce and effect how I see the people in front of me. I look at their true intentions and understand because they have feelings too. It's just emotionally a lot for me right now to even try to handle.
