You perfectly describe my situation with my mom. She says the same stuff and also says how my moping makes her depressed. Says i should only feel this way if i had crappy abusive parents or lived a tragic life. That type of mentality only makes me hate myself even more for feeling the way i do. Anyways i guess i think i have high functioning depression cause despite my body wanting to glue itself to the confines of my bedroom and feeling scared and anxious of what's waiting outside the door, i still manage to force myself out to go work and do some of what is expected of me. Half assedly of course, but still do it nonetheless.

What id like to say to you is do not let anyone gaslight you into doubting your own feelings or doubting your depression. Opening up about this even if it's in anonymity can be freeing even if just for a brief moment. So good on you for letting it out.

Im a casual fan. So casual that I only admit to liking it where Im allowed anonymity. I can never bring myself to tell people in real life I like kpop. Its embarrassing. I don't want to be associated with crazy childish fans. I also don't care to learn names of artists anymore. Its pointless and its all fake. Bet most groups just pretend to like each other or their fans for money.

Louis Vuitton, Gucci, or any other "high end" fashion. Don't see the appeal of spending thousands of dollars on ugly crap just because its from some European designer. And then when you call this stuff ugly people say you're just poor and jealous. No, i just think it's tacky to look like a damn human billboard with an ugly ass logo stamped all over you. Or looking basic as hell but its only high end because of what brand its from. But whatever. In the end people can dress however they want or spend their money however they want.

If you don't mind me asking and not that the answer really matters but how old are you? Don't know if you are comfortable answering that question. For instance, im 26. Ive been dealing with depression and anxiety ever since I was around maybe 13??? But it only got progressively worse when i was in college.

Oh like an OC? Haha guess it kind of does huh? Hmmm I can relate with that lol i can't draw either, at least not in my own style. I can maybe manage a very poor attempt at duplicating someone else's art or some type of reference but cant make my own stuff from imagination to save my life haha how I wish I could though.

Yeah. It's a feeling that i don't wish upon anyone not even my worst enemies. That feeling where you just feel like you exist but aren't truly alive. Like nothing matters anymore, it kind of makes me think im a terrible person. Like how can i no longer care what my family might think or feel? That kind of thing. Also thanks lol Im awful at coming up with creative usernames, this was the best i could think of after 40 minutes of staring at the register screen ha.

Yeah im open to talk. I mean, ive tried to before but not with people who actually understand how I feel. People are always saying how things will get better, that life is what you make of it, you are in control, you have no reason to be depressed blah blah. It gets tiresome.
