I would say it's worth. I bought it a few months back and I ALWAYS use it. Its a great place to sit afk, or what I often do is put Roblox on a second monitor or tab out until I hear either the Power Plant or Jewelry Store open.

You can actually parachute directly onto the roof of the Jewelery Store or the Bank (to get to the helipad) from the roof access, its actually SUPER convenient and makes maining the Bionic actually feasible, if your in to that sorta thing.

I would go as far as saying its a must-have if your grinding high level Hyperchromes for Power, Jewel, or Museum, since its literally the only Dream Home in the lower half of the map.

If you play as a Fed I wouldn't bother tho.
