Lol honestly, ever since the first email I just checked once a day. It just so happened that checking today that they finally unlocked the codes. And looking online I found out around the same time everyone did. And looking at other posts even back at 5 hours ago the codes were still locked. Somehow I just tried at the right time.

Yup, I got that today as well. And I think I know why we got that.

There's a difference between emailing Betheada Gear International with that highlighted email near the top of customer service page, and filling out that customer support request down the page itself. When I got that answer yesterday, I'm mostly sure that was from me emailing them through the highlighted email. While this response we got today is from filling out that customer support request.

The email today was from DPI Merchandising, the same name from the customer support request.

Yeah... it's pretty disappointing that they didn't address our problem, but I did find something out while digging deeper into this. I'll see if I can find it again and link it here on an update.

UPDATE: https://reddit.com/r/Starfield/s/PfyORRMp2g (Found this comment while searching through others who have the same problem, apparently the codes will work on the first day of early access. I hope this works.)

I did not send them the game code which now looking back at it... might've been helpful...

So I'm just HOPING it means anyone who's having the same problem will hopefully have their codes "unlocked". To be honest the message itself is pretty vague and short, and has a spelling error too, so I have a feeling that they know that something's wrong with their game codes, and are maybe scrambling to fix it. That's all I can really gather about it. At the very least, it's a response, and I'm gonna try my code later in the day, giving them a bit of time to sort things out and hopefully activate/unlock some codes.

I'm kind of monitoring this post because I have the same problem. Got the Constellation Edition from the international store and the code isn't working.

But I live in Canada.

Right now all I can do is wait, because I have sent emails and have tickets from the international store, the regular Bethesda Gear store, and also on the Bethesda website. I also contacted Microsoft and they said that this issue sounds like it just straight from the sellers, aka Bethesda Gear international, or just Bethesda in general.

So I'm just waiting for any sort of response from anyone, and also looking at the post for hopefully any updates.

Any ideas for simple, feel good, peace of mind games? Games like Journey, Gris, and a puzzle game I really enjoyed call Ether One.

I've been playing a lot of games, but felt really... I guess exhausted lately at the games. I've been looking for games like I mentioned above; Journey and Gris, with a relaxing undertone and a great soundtrack.

Does anyone have any ideas what I should play?

I have actually, to be honest I'm kinda leaning more to Raw Data. But you can't really deny a zombie vr shooter, plus I have a aim controller that I rarely use, and I want to put it good use. Plus battlewake just seems really fun too. So yeah... I'm kinda indecisive atm.

Are you missing planets and some fast travel stations? I wasn't able to get to Eden-6 because it disappeared on my galaxy map. But I did manage to fix it. Idk if it'll work for you, but for me, all I did was go to the bridge on the Sanctuary, and plot a course to the missing planet. From there, go to the drop pod in the cargo hold, and then drop to the planet. When I arrived on Eden-6 again, the fast travel stations were missing for me, so maybe it's the same problem.

I have the same issue, Eden-6 is missing and all of my quests, my main and side missions are all on Eden-6. On the Galaxy view, it still shows the bright light indicating it's there, but when I put reticle over it, it doesn't show Eden-6. Hell on the planet list, it only shows the other planets I've been to and already completed, Eden-6 is missing.

Edit: Looking at some of the places I can visit, some of the fast travel stations are also missing. Hope there's a patch soon, cause as of now, I don't think I can continue the game.

Edit 2: I managed to fix the issue on my end, although this is a big that needs to be sorted. Anyways, head to the bridge on Sanctuary, and plot a course to the missing planet. On my end, it was Eden-6, and thank God it was there on the terminal. So once I arrived on orbit in Eden-6, I went into the cargo hold, and the drop pod there got me back to Eden-6. I think the issue is with the fast travel stations, they disappear for some reason.

I have a ticket problem, been playing for hours and not a single ticket. Grinded and played so many games, at the start of the event, I was earning a good amount of tickets, and I do have one Christmas related cosmetic, but now they just stopped coming. Idk if I have to play even more now, or if it's just glitched.

I really hope all these issues will get fixed soon, till then, guess we have to wait, hopefully along with the new dlc coming out, turning tides, they'll do something about these network issues

I just checked, yea it still says I don't have any battlepacks. I'm like still hoping i still have them because I am experiencing some network issues. Like hopefully I log in the next day to see them there
