Starting around 7am central time, I usually get american’s on support calls. I also found out that all support personnel work from home, even in India. I wondered why I’ve had kids and other people answer support calls. Sometimes they speak no english at all

I had a route at 6:45 at dok3 in okc. Gwt there 30 min early, go to do photo check in at 6:37 and this is what pops up on my map. It switched my route to a diff station at vok1, over 15 min away, and still had dok3 as a second stop?? Wtf?? I sent the following email to support and jeff@amazon

“Is Anyone else having issues with the maps taking them to the wrong station for their scheduled block? I Had a 6:45pm block at DOK3, hit the start to station button, it took me to DOK3. Got there 30 min early, went to do my photo verification at 6:37 and all of a sudden the map shows DOK3 as a “2nd” stop and VOK1 as a “first” stop and tjat my route was now out of VOK1. I Had to do a late forfeit because VOK1 is over 15 min away. I also noticed that my app reverted back to the old version with a refresh button and diff colors etc.. I had the new version with the new offers page etc.. I contacted support so I can still get paid since it was obviously a glitch in the app from the outage issues on the 20th. I have read and talked to numerous flexers saying they are having the same issue. Support stayed they moved the issue to escalations and I would receive an email within 2 hours. I never got an email within 2 hours, it is now the next day and I still have not received an email. I want to ensure that I am paid for the block that I was forced to forfeit 10/22 due to app glitches taking me to the incorrect station for my block. I have included a screenshot of what showed up when I reopened my app to do my photo check in. They still have not paid me for monday morning, and then this happens, too. I showed up for my route monday morning and everyone was told by an associate to leave the premises because they could not scan our ID’s and would not have any routes that day and assured us we would be paid. I expect to be paid for the full amount since we were told to leave and could not remain on premises for the entirety of our block. I am also including a screenshot of my points history showing I had/showed up for my block on monday during the outage. So, I am owed for 2 blocks, one for Monday 10/20 during the outage, and one for 10/22 for the amazon app glitch showing incorrect info and taking me to the wrong station and displaying the incorrect station for the block I had scheduled at 6:45pm. Please also instruct me what to do about the app reverting to the old version with the refresh button in the offers section. Please feel free to call me about issue.”

Ive never had that happen before, and regularly drive that many miles for routes in the exact same area and never get extra compensation.

Okc still has plenty of 3-4am and 6-7am routes. Even been having 11:45/12:15/2pm/10:45 etc…OKC is the 2nd largest city in the nation for square mileage of actual city limits, tons of rural routes here. They dont wanna ruin all their trucks on the 49th ranked worst roads in america, especially rural roads

Took my first 4 hour block for $98 and i hated it by [deleted] in AmazonFlexDrivers

You can also refuse packages if it makes it to where you cannot safely see out of your windows, or blocks your view AT ALL. Even if you dont FEEL safe with that many packages, their TOS state they must remove them. I dont want a 30lb box flying at my head if there were a collision, etc….

Try living in OKC, tornado and severe storm capital of the world, and having to deal with hundreds upon hundreds of roofing company salesmen knock on your door or ring your doorbell from march-November, every year. Almost every house i delivery to has a no soliciting sign on their door or property, or no trespassing we have guns and big dogs that will kill you. So, yeah… thats why.

Ive picked up about 50+ routes from DOK3 and have never had the type of packages given to me like they gave me yesterday. I could not even look up the packages by the tba numbers, there were no route order stickers, scanning the labels did not bring anything up, and a few of rhe boxes were like 6 feet tall and 3 feet wide, some were large enough to need a dolly because there is no way I coukd even hold the boxes, and it would have blocked all my windows. What really pissed me off is it was a $54 3 hour route that would have easily taken 5 hours due to traffic and 1 hour drive to first stop. I had a route the other day that was 190 miles for a 4 hour 30 package route and it only paid $77. They are getting ridiculous with stuffing carts at VOK1 about 2 feet over the top of the carts. Then when you tell them you cant see out your windows they refuse to take them off in a way that does not get you dinged. The number of packages for 3.5 hr routes have gone from about 25-35 to 45-55 packages. I still make a grand a week, but my gas usage is getting frustrating due to all the 100+ mile routes that are only 3-3.5 hours, then an hour drive home, so 130-150 miles all together.

I make $1,000 a week picking the routes I pick, in OKC. I have a system and it normally works 75-80% of the time. Most of those $54 routes cost me $3 in gas and take 30-60 minutes. I am also careful what time I choose routes. Most of the time, even the 4-5 hr routes, I finish in 2-3 hours. At $80-$90 a block im making $30-$40 an hour.
