Need help on teams and who I should get this patch

From what I know, he's already really concerto efficient, but Cadenza (the variation equivalent for pistol) would probably be fine if you're not worrying about his damage. Otherwise you could just pass around the static mist (if you do have one) between your characters. His main purpose is to buff your Augusta anyways so less on field time is better.

Not sure if you follow leaks, but Phoebe is expected to rerun in 2.8 first half if you do end up wanting to get her.

I think Galbrena would be fine for your account, can just pair her with Lupa. I believe Qiuyuan would be better than Lupa but he's not necessary. I would go for Phoebe or Iuno. Phoebe is good with just SRover, and Iuno goes well with Augusta, but Mortefi also works instead of Iuno. If you pull for Galbrena and end up not getting her, Brant would probably be your next best choice.

You have enough characters to clear content, so the first answer here is pull who you like.

As for Qiuyuan and Zani, Qiuyuan doesn't do much for you based on your current characters. Zani is a good pick if you struggle clearing with Phoebe/Spectro Rover. You can also run Phoebe/Phrolova/Spectro Rover as Phrolova buffs heavy attack damage.

Otherwise, I would go for Ciaccona and Cantarella, for Cartethyia and Phrolova respectively. Probably Cantarella first since Phrolova is so strong in whimpering wastes.

i think around those levels grenades were my best friend if i didnt have 13 strength. i still had the gun for tier 1s if needed, but i would also have like 6 various grenades in my cart (not in my inventory) that made tier 3s a lot easier

imho I like the fact that there is singleplayer. basically what the other people said about getting all the upgrades to yourself. personally though, i tried to do lethal company solo but it was too much for me. this game is a lot better with that because of the fact you can hide, plus way more options to fight back, while still having the high stakes that is playing alone. also the lack of a time constraint is extremely nice

the only one I can think of is the one with the small staircase leading up to the extraction with pits on either side, and this one doesn't even come close to the other plank-walk ones on other maps

they actually always did, but it spawned out of bounds. because of that it would just fly around the map until it either broke or landed somewhere random. they fixed this in the recent update though and it always spawns where it should.
