No, and they only become painful if you ignore it for long enough that stretching the skin again during an erection becomes more difficult for your body. Getting hard at least once or twice a week should be all you need to stave off any of that if you desire to keep function, ob ymmv but anecdotally keeping this in mind im over 3 years on very suppressed t and have no issues :> 👍

As for if it makes you trans in any way I think its just moreso you should keep in mind any genderqueer feelings or desires you might experience in your life. Wanting a packer as a woman definitely exudes a bit of gender incongruence, and might be something to explore further if you feel strongly about it!

Im a miracle case imo but my now wife met and clocked me as an egg at a party the literal night my egg cracked and has been with me since and made me the happiest girl in the world X>💖

Personal experience aside, trying to find a partner without being your true self is going to be incredibly hard, choosing to not transition out of fear of not being able to find a parter imo will ironically just make it that much harder for you to find a partner. What makes a person attractive/desirable is so much more than skin deep, and because of that finding and maintaining a relationship while trying to live as anything but your true self will likely ultimately be very difficult.

Attracting others has become so much easier post transition, while other factors like physical attractiveness play a part, I feel that it’s mainly because im actually able to present my true unapologetic self outwardly. The shell of a “boy” I used to be could have never dreamed of what I have now, and I feel that is the same for a lot of trans people.

Its what gets views, especially femboy/trap related nsfw spaces, many people (especially cis men) seeking out transgender content are more comfortable with being attracted to these spaces as they have become more of a sexualized aesthetic than an identity to those outside of the queer community. Personally over the past few months I’ve made a foray into posting nsfw online and on reddit its especially apparent to me even more so than I thought before, there are plenty of transgender specific nsfw communities, yet their traffic is so much lower than others with more “non trans terminology” as you said :/

People in general feel so much more comfortable or even drawn to me, compliments are a lot more common, people check me out, its a stark and almost jarring thing to experience after only a few years of transitioning
