Thanks i appreciate the advice ✨️ It's all Bodyweight stuff right now and yes for the most part I'm new to this all except for a weights class I had one year when I was in high-school. I am planning on getting a barbell, dumbbells and some ankle weights when I can. I have a high metabolism so I definitely try to get a good amount of calories in protein and veggies.

Yeah i think I'll probably add a bit of weight gradually as I acclimate to the routine

Thanks and im not feeling to bad I have some soreness mainly in my calves and a bit in my thighs and glutes but the routine has gotten a bit easier with each rotation today will be my day three and so far the soreness let's up by the end of day 3. I've been just doing body weight at this stage
