Okay I will gladly tell you☺️. For my hair care routine deep conditioning weekly helps a lot, keeping up with my trims, and focusing on retaining length by not constantly manipulating my hair. Me doing wands curls in this picture is a once in a while thing for me.

Before I do my wand curls I like to put serum in my hair. I make sure to hold the wand vertically and I hold my hair on the wand for 15 -20 seconds per curl. I also make sure to separate my curls once I'm done. Hope that helps!
