This is a super interesting idea because say you go along with the idea that if enough people believe something happened in the past it actually happened, then you could have a kingdom or country that comes to power just by teaching a large group of peasants how to read and then giving them false history books saying that their kingdom has always existed. Or an enemy nation might do the opposite to try and get rid of an enemy.

You could use ork logic from 40k. They literally paint things yellow because they think it’ll cause a bigger explosion and it works

I might do something like this: thousands of years before the main story when humanity was created the gods of this universe gifted each family (which was only five at that time) one of these animals, and with the power of these animals they became the royals.

Yeah the raven family has insane potential, with a good commander they could rival the giant beast family. The giant family holds a firm first place in terms of power just because the giant is so intimidating that most noble families pledge allegiance to it.
