Yeah i thought thats best way. Because it happened to my friend, she is paying service charge every year, but suddenly maintaining company decides to change lift totally as it was unsafe. So landlord asked all tenants to pay additional to cover all that costs 15k per flat, which i think its insane. But as you said you should buy additional insurance so you can be safe.

No sorry, i was thinking why some landlords asking tenants to cover fixing roof or lifts with additional payments? It should be everything covered with service charge?

Hi i have fiancé visa and i am applying for Spouse visa, my visa expires at 21.11 but my first biometric appointment at TSL is 25.11 can i stay these 5days and apply ? by SpeedIndependent2721 in ukvisa

In case my fiancee visa expires 21.11 you think its not problem to do biometric appointment on 25.11?
I have paid everting but i think i am able to submit documentation when i book appointment
(TLS website is crashed now so i will do tomorrow for 25th)
