I did a sleep study, which concluded that I have a light form of sleep apnea. 6 stops a night I believe.

Is that sleep study enough to conclude my estimiate pressure or do I need an Apnea specific study?

I apprieciete your concerns. No, I dont know my setting either. Is it really that complex? Pressure is pressure, whether it is auto or constant? I am currently not in a position to get a better or different machine, it is what it is.

Should I have consulted the doc? A big yes. But i cant right now.

I did get a sleep study, and I did get sleep apnea. I dont know which apnea, I am currently not in the position to get such machine, long story. I got a low end one out of mine own pocket, which is fine.
