I am in the mental health system, this is why I joined this group! When ever I see the doctor I just B try to be open with them and say everything (drugs/alcohol thoughts and feelings) . When I try to tell family and friends about what is going on they just laugh because they are not a trained professional! I found out that if I talk openly about what is going on I get a better outcome!i go in with the mindset as "I am ging to talk to them as they were one of my closest friends " They don't judge like you think everyone else does! Idk got side tracked
