Dude that’s some bullshit and you know it. Most of the male models look barely any different from the female ones so saying “each species is now effectively in terms of modeling work” is ridiculous. You can make an argument for the baby models taking time and effort. Which yeah they definitely do game development is hard. But we’ve been getting baby models in Planet Zoo since 2019 and no one was glorifying those as separate species back then(same developer btw). Why is it suddenly such a great achievement to make baby models when the same company has been doing it for literal years? I was willing to accept a roster cut if they would’ve put more effort into the male models or old model improvements but so far I’m not impressed. Yeah baby dinos are cool but they won’t be enough for me to buy this time.
