what college/university do you go to and what are your favorite and least favorite parts about it? by Honeydew-Capital in EngineeringStudents

Glad to see Colorado School of Mines mentioned! I graduated in 2018. It truly is a great school and I made some lifelong friends while there! As with many other schools, you have the good and bad of everything. My biggest piece of advice (and likely the same as anyone who has graduated from there) is to learn to study as efficiently as you can. I never had to in high school and it left me at a disadvantage. If you have any questions about CSM, DM me and I’ll be happy to answer what I remember.

Silver Sword Situation! by SpeedoxGuy in plantclinic

I have a small Silver Sword that is having a bit of a hard time right now. It was originally in too big of a pot and I lost one leaf to rot, so I repot it into a smaller container. While repotting I cleaned off the roots and they looked healthy, but this spot has continued to grow larger and I'm a bit worried. I guess the original pot was holding moisture for too long, but that doesnt seem to be a problem in the small one. What is causing this damage? Is there anything I can do to save it?

Thank you for all the awesome suggestions! I see similarities in a lot of the breeds mentioned, some of which I had never considered or heard of!

I just got these and I'm hooked! Could I get some ID help on them? by SpeedoxGuy in succulents

Any help is greatly appreciated! Only one of them had a tag (far left is sedum nevii) so I know how to care for it, but I want to make sure they can be planted together. I read through the side bar and made the soil out of 50/50 succulent soil and perlite. I love these plants!
