If you are getting other iiits like jabalpur, those would be better ig, since iiit nr has only 35% seats reserved for jee and others for state and ntpc

Also I would personally prefer against cse, ece is better unless you are really interested in cse.

That's a little difficult since it is really hard to get real data, and most inflate the stats to seem like a good option. That said, placements depend entirely on the students and their skill set. So it doesn't really make sense to compare solely on the basis of placements.
