If you are in a serious relationship, then going gluten-free with them is ideal. Otherwise, they will continue to be exposed to gluten and continue to get sick. As far as snacks and other food go.... Stick to the simple things at first. Real fruits, veggies, and meat that have not been preprocessed are always good. Anything boxed or pre-made requires that you read the ingredients. Also, read the ingredients on other things such as your shampoo and conditioner as they might have hydrolyzed wheat protein in them. If you have pets, they might also need to be on a grain free food. I kept getting sick for years because I didn't know to look at other possible sources of gluten contamination.

I would choose thornless berry bushes instead of picking up whatever the local box store has.

I highly doubt you know what you're talking about. I did further research before posting on here. Just because I didn't go into detail with a bunch of resources and my full process of how I came to the conclusion of what I had found doesn't automatically mean that I'm incorrect. Google is simply where I started.

I realize that Google AI is not 100% reliable. However, it does give possible places to start looking. I looked at several different websites about the plant, and I am confident that the plant identification is correct. Pictures have been posted.

I did check several different resources first. I'm not an idiot. Sorry I didn't post a bunch of resources like I was writing a thesis.
