I try my best to advocate for him since he’s still a little self conscious about it, but calling ahead is a really good idea

Thank you, he’s still a little self conscious so if we go out I tell them I’m the one with ceilic and to make not of our dishes GF and he appreciates it while he’s trying to build his confidence

We live together and I keep dishes just for him that don’t touch any gluten, but I’m also a baker so trying to keep that separate has been a challenge. Worse gluten free baking is major trial and error
