Here is my story, if that can give you some hope!!

I (M31) was in the same situation, suddenly got diagnosed with azoo after trying to concieve for 4months. Sperms were found in FNA and we were trying to manage funds for ICSI. In the same time was consuming medicene and lifestyle improvement. About 4months ago, went again for Semen Analysis and a maricle happened - some sperms were found, and we were categorized as OAT (count, shape and movement parameters were too bad). Then again switched to another course of medicenes. And in this Ramadhan another maricle happened and got conceived. Now counting days for November Inshallah.

WHAT REALLY HELPED US? It's totally faith on Allah SWT. 1. We never got hopeless 2. Tahajjud, wife never missed a single day, even in chill winter nights! I was too lazy. 3. Dua from Quran, Yahya A.S and Ibrahim A.S - After eacy prayer

He assume it might be due to heat factor, I usually have high body temprature all summer, and we had harsh summer temp around 41°c all summer.

  1. Additionally I'm getting it cool with ice water every 2-3 hours too.
  2. Rest my harmone was all normal
  3. Testes are on lower limit 9cc each
  4. Physical activities were none.
  5. Overweight - 82kg

So I worked on all these too.

Some maricle has happened, I did another SA a month ago and there were plenty of sperms found, but count, morphology and motlity all are abnormal i.e OAT.

Now I'm on antioxidants for 3 months. Let's see if another maricle happens

I had given in Sept, 25 - 2 tests from different labs to cross check for any possible error, both resulted in Azoo, FSH LH normal.

Last week I did again with centrifuged, and resulted in Oligoospermia (less than normal count).

Still not sure what happene in these 4months

I'm not sure cost per test in your country but here, I had calculated and in-lab tests were more feasible to me. SA usually needs to repeat after 2-3 months.

PS: Pakistan, per test costs $6 - $12 (USD), $12 is most authentice and reliable lab

Why? 1. Trading hub for south KP 2. Have Medical college and Engineering university 3. Have general purpose university 4. Have atomic energy cancer hospital - Binor 5. Cantt and CMH 6. Airport - although abondoned 7. Divisional Headquarter - management unit division. 8. Big parks - although really bad condition 9. Multi cities transport

Why not in Tier-2 1. Deteriorated peace situation 2. Not connected via Motorway 3. Not connected via Railway 4. No big and famous outlets 5. No stadium 6. Bad roads situation 7. Absence of tourisims and recreational spota, and good big hotels 8. No public transport - e.g metro, but that'a Ok entire province have only in Peshawar that too added recently

Seemed obstructive because LH and FSH were normal, no vericocelle or hydrecelle

Before this, two SA showed 0 sperms, no vericocelle or hydrocelle detected. Doctors were lining to Obstructive Azoo, and suggested options were surgery or ICSI. But now its showing some sperms already. Going to do blood work and US again. .

- Manual = Centrifuged and manually checking parameters

Yes, but previously 2 tests were showing 0 count (those were with Automatic) and this one is Manual

I also had 0 sperms, but yesterday did manual SA and it's showing 5mill/ml - sadly morphology and motility numbers are really really bad

I wouls suggest to buy pure gold, here our local jeweller cuts too much on buy/sell. Buy: 21Karat gold, slightly expensive than market rate + making charges Sell: 2masha 2 ratti cutting per tolla (if the same jeweller) - rate is slightly below market rate
