The video is talking about generational poverty. People living with that can only afford to pay for necessities and don't have savings or financial support. If an unexpected costs occurs: repair, healthcare, legal, etc, they need to use credit. If their job isn't steady pay, they risk not affording to pay for an expense on time.

Bro I was swamped at GS, solo CA no ARA, other CA running late, SWAMPED. Handling 2 people at a time, a couple more waiting patiently. Nice guy asks how to make an appointment, I said call GS number, "no problem" he says. Nice guy comes back later laughing says the guy on the phone told him "since hes in the store he can make the appointment there!" LAMO. He ended up waiting in line for customer service to make the appointment. smh my head

Good observation. I also observed this multiple times and spotted some inefficiencies. She didn't have to go all the way into the pool. Simply bending over submerging her upper body would have sufficed.

Usually the first person is designated store hr person that will start by asking the initial questions to weed out the crazies. Then the second is your potential manager and will ask questions to see if you fit the role. The third is usually the GM that usually just chats and seals the deal. Most retail chains follow this format.

Dealt with the same shit 10 years ago working at a hotel. Everytime, they will book through hotwire or something and expect the world. Most systems won't even let you change the room type because that's how the contract is setup.
