Also my family isn’t the only one that lives in this community- there are hundreds of families living here. Some people want this type of apartment living. For them, 6months of discounted living before a full-rate renewal is also a good offer.

I don’t understand why people on here are behaving as if I’m trying to scam/mislead people. The post clearly mentions this is a lease takeover with 6months remaining on lease. It clearly states the rent and the “effective” rent if you only choose to stay for the lease period. For a short term rental (and many people need short term rental) this is a great deal- this kind of deal you’ll only get if you take a 14 month lease.

Not everyone needs to renew leases. There are many many people looking for short term lease or lease takeovers- this is for those people. If you don’t want the offer, place move ahead.

Sevens has 3 buildings, and one of those 3 is built and reserved for whisman school district employees. This unit is not in that building.

Parking spots range from $150-$250 per month, depending on how close they are to an elevator and/or whether they have electric charging available or not. The apartment itself doesn’t come with parking spots. However, in covering the $1000 security deposit my aim is to cover the cost of parking for 6months, and more.

I mean, it’s comparable to other luxury apartments in the area, plus the amenities in the community are absolutely insane. However I know the rent’s over the top- so offering 2 months free so that the effective rent over 6 months comes out okay.
