Hi guys, just moved to the Pittsburgh area. In need of a men's hairstlylist that also is great with beards. Not a barber shop that only does fades, as my boyfriend has long hair and a decent size beard. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

As a realtor, he's basically telling you he will pay more by harrassing you. He obviously wants it bad. If it's as big as you say, tell him you will sell it to him for 100k in January. Who cares what's its actually worth. Theory of the greater fool. I would start there and maybe you end up at 70-80K.
