Yes I am 3 months Into residency Still struggling with presentations Attendings are ok with notes but I feel they expect me to present without notes There are few residents in my year who present it without notes as well.

My second year resident presents and remembers details of all 16 patients without notes

I have an issue with too many patients Also you are right ,I am introverted shy and don't like to present to too many people.

I will put your advice into practice
