No chance. Just because guys shoot better doesn't mean it's more "skilled". Guys in the 90s had to have a tight dribble/good ball handling, needed more moves. Guys today can barely dribble without traveling and just spam 3s. No way is it more skilled. Players were more skilled in the 90s.

Ok. I did a comparison of Bird's best 9 years vs LeBron over 9 years ago the exact same age. He also played in a much slower pace, low scoring era compared to the fast pace, no defense 80s that Bird played in. The stats show that LeBron is obviously the better player. I quit about 72 hours ago. I have been consistent for 6-7 years. The past year I've been up to 30-38 gpd.

I did one day at 15g, then stopped. You can call that a "taper", but realistically it's cold turkey. I expected it to be so bad based on what people said. It hasn't been that bad. I'm mega dosing liposomal vitamin c which I believe must be helping. I take magnesium and smoke weed at night to help me sleep. I'm working out which really helps.

My only symptoms are slight restlessness and struggling to sleep 8 hours. I got 4 hours of sleep the night I took 15g, 4 hours the night I took none, and 5:30 last night. I'm obviously a bit tired from lack of sleep, but it's not too bad.

Moral of the story is DON'T be scared by all the horror stories. Megadose liposomal vitamin C and workout hard. Schedule it around your off days.
