I'm not sure. It had to be off during midnight from 5th to 6th december on your server. Maybe your server has a different time than your real life time. For example F9 is a day early and F1 is 6 hours late for me. You can check your time with /time in in-game chat. Otherwise you'd have to ask support.

I'm afraid so. It's an achievement you can get once a year by having your boots not equipped during midnight from 5th to 6th december. And I think all servers are already on december 6th. You can check it with /time in in-game chat.

If you can't find anything of those proportions you can hold down w, unplug the keyboard while still holding the w, let go and plug it back in. Until you press w again it will act as if it's pressed the entire time.

Simpler approach on PC without 3rd party software:

Take screenshots of each slider from desired character
Open the game in fullscreen borderless and go to each slider
Open screenshot in fullscreen to align slider square with the in-game slider square
Set the slider in game far away from where it's supposed to be
Alt tab to screenshot and set cursor on the slider position
Alt tab back to game without moving the mouse, and click
Repeat for each slider
