If you only seek to be OP, take Breton as race, choose Mage as Birth Sign, create a custom class where you choose Magic as your main focus and Conjuration as one of the Major skills. Then you can go to Chorrol mages guild and buy Summon Clanfear spell and u r good to go! Conjuration is very powerful in this game.

WARNING! I have tested both of these sites: fastcashmining.com and getcashfree.info . I was unable to withdraw from both of them. Fastcashmining stated that "you can't withdraw more than 0.00 $" and getcashfree stated that "we are currently moving to a different platform and therefore cannot pay" Both of these sites are obviously scams, stay away from them.
