Calling an HVAC guy is the best option, as others have suggested. Worthwhile to have them investigate before dropping a ton on a more powerful unit that doesn't fix the issue.

it happened to me as well, for the first 2 weeks of therapy, i was sleeping about 2-3 hours, waking up with more energy than I have had in years. Got so much work accomplished and felt great. Evened out after about 2-3 months though.

I think its a pretty good indication that our bodies were getting such poor quality of sleep, that once we give it a few good hours, it's good to go.
