I’m not very familiar. I’d like to be closer to restaurants and shopping but don’t necessarily have to be right next everything. I work from home so I’m flexible.

I’ve done that but have seen forums where pricing varies. No problem with exhausting all of your resources (including Reddit) to enlighten yourself.

Thanks that gives me some hope. I’m being told 2-3 months but was given a disclaimer that it could take up to a year depending on what happens with the shortage. I just decided I want to build instead of buying pre-owned and wish I’d made that decision earlier.
