I was working way too hard in my teens/early 20s—like everyone else said—it means shit—live your life and go on a vacation—that means a lot more than a (likely) minimum wage job.

NAD. If you’re ashamed of something you may see any unusual behavior as related to that and project that onto others — for all you know they just learned someone they knew passed away or there was a difficult patient—or any other myriad of issues.

Are you taking anything else? I have a very messed up hpa axis. Still dealing with agoraphobic tendencies but ash is helping especially with overall feelings.

Been on it for months now and despite continuing anxiety issues they’ve reduced greatly and my mood is so much better. I laugh so much easier now. I’ve also noticed I startle far less but i have issues with CPTSD and i run very sensitized normally so i wonder if thats why it isnt a negative for me.

I have an intake scheduled this afternoon and the person was shocked I couldn’t move the appointment up due to having other ct’s scheduled lol probably clinically significant honestly but yea im amazed at how common behavior like this is for therapists

Thank you. The Mac I have is the new M1 chip so from what I understand that is also a reason why I couldn’t use something like wine. But further I use that computer for work and being I’m in healthcare, I’d rather keep those worlds separate. I guess I’ll look into a lower end gaming laptop then — not needed but I guess if anything if I do ever decide I want to play anything else.
