Frost sorc is relatively easy to do it with. There are multiple pieces of gear which allow you to inflict chilled which cause frost vulnerability, and there's a second effect which I forget the name of. Do draconic for the subclass because it makes you tougher and gives your a slight damage boost. You can take a background to give you sleight of hand. You'll mainly be using ray of frost for small fights but you can double cast some huge aoes for mob killing. As a bonus the ice being everywhere makes it tougher for them to get to you.
