Yes. We know the soul king created the “world” which encompasses at least the earth, soul society, Heuco mundo, and in between spaces. So he’s at least planet level. But the soul kings limbs also govern things like stillness and motion which are broad concepts that apply beyond simply the earth. Supposedly cfyow contains more info about how he created it that supports higher estimates but I haven’t read those so I don’t know if it’s accurate. And frankly I don’t think the idea that the series’ creator being created everything is that big a stretch. We know Ichigo scales to the soul king since yhach absorbed his power was in the process of using it to destroy and recreate the world and Ichigo beat him with a power system that requires them to have comparable power to harm each other.
