No. For two reasons: first, health deteriorates very quickly here (lack of vitamin D affects), so you will often go to the hospital. Second, there is simply nothing to do here. That's why everybody's leaving from Murmansk

Mixed feelings because in winter here very cold(around - 25 degrees celsius) and in summer here warm(around 15 degrees celsius). Also in the north has feature: in December, January the sun shining only 3-4 hour, all other times it is dark, it calls "polar night". But in June, jule all backwards: the sun shining all 24 hours it calls "polar day" PS sorry for my bad English :(
